I’m Alison — a lifelong animal lover whose path has been shaped by both joy and loss, and deepened by a growing spirituality along the way.

For nearly 30 years, I have supported animals and their people in many ways. Through my own experiences with grief — both human and animal — I felt a quiet calling within me, a sense that my journey was preparing me to serve others walking this tender path. With God’s grace, that calling blossomed into Animal Soul Connection Ministry.

The deaths of my mom, Lavawn, in 1991, and my dad, Dale, in 2006, profoundly shaped who I am. I was an only child and the bond we all shared was deeply loving. When my mom died unexpectedly, my world turned upside down. These losses opened my heart to grief in a way that has now become a ministry of compassion, presence, and love.

In 2022, I answered the call to study Pet Chaplaincy, a path that equips me to support you with compassion, respect, and openness — wherever you are in your journey, and whatever your beliefs may be. Whether you are preparing for a farewell, grieving a loss, or seeking ways to celebrate your beloved companion, I am here to walk beside you.

It is my honor to support you and your animals — to celebrate, to comfort, and to hold space for the sacred love you share. Together, we honor the divine spark in all creatures.
